Debra Dunning

debra-dunningDebra Dunning is an American actress, model TV host, comedian and spokesperson. Her most well-known role is that of Heidi Keppert on Home Improvement (1993-1999). Dunning was Heidi Keppert (the "Tool Time girl") on ABC's sitcom Home Improvement, from season 3 to season 8. The actress also appeared on the show for a short time in the previous season.
