Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she gave up gymnastics. Within a year, she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work following the award of her Pro card in order to finish the college. In 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card to get her college diploma. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished third in the contest. In the summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her result. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she competed against the best athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is the back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, and bent-over rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way is possible. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
